We encourage anyone interested in helping the homeless to join the UNITY Service Providers and Professionals Association (SPPA) which serves as the membership body of the homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) for the New Orleans-Jefferson Parish-Kenner CoC.

Membership is open to any concerned individual, organization or entity by payment of dues. Those agencies funded through UNITY are expected to pay dues based on a fair share of their homeless assistance budgets in order to pay for grantwriting and other services essential to the collaborative. Other organizations and concerned individuals are asked to pay $30 a year or whatever they can afford. For those individuals on a limited income, the suggested membership fee is $10 and will be waived upon request for homeless and formerly homeless persons.
